Customer called and said the antenna they ordered did not fit their boombox
Since all all antenna connections for boomboxes are universal SMB plugs we know that there is an issue with one of the following things.

  • Customer did not get all the parts in their order
  • Customer is using the antenna in a way that it is not intended
  • Antenna is not compatible with their receiver or boombox

Solution
The customer did not receive the 3 foot whip cable that comes with the antenna that converts from RG6 COAX to SMB to plug into the antenna port on the back of the boombox. A related order was created and the item shipped out to the customer.
